About Me
I’m an instructional designer who specializes in creating clear, engaging learning experiences that support real-world performance and meaningful behavior change. My background in education and project management allows me to approach learning challenges strategically, balancing instructional integrity, learner experience, and organizational goals.
I began my career in education, where I developed a strong foundation in pedagogy, curriculum design, and working with diverse learners. That experience shaped how I think about learning: it should be purposeful, accessible, and grounded in how people actually apply new skills. As I transitioned into instructional design, I expanded that foundation to focus on adult learning, performance-based outcomes, and scalable training solutions for professional and corporate environments.
My work centers on translating complex information into intuitive, learner-centered experiences. I collaborate closely with subject matter experts to identify true learning needs, design aligned objectives, and select the right instructional strategies—whether that means scenario-based learning, microlearning, or structured onboarding programs. I am particularly thoughtful about accessibility and usability, ensuring that learning experiences are inclusive and easy to navigate for a wide range of learners.
I have experience designing self-paced digital learning using tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360, and I approach each project with an emphasis on clarity, engagement, and sustainability. I believe effective learning design doesn’t just deliver information, it supports confidence, consistency, and long-term performance.
This portfolio highlights a selection of projects that reflect my approach to instructional design, including onboarding, customer service training, and soft skills development. Each example emphasizes not only the final product, but the design decisions behind it.
I’m especially interested in corporate instructional design roles where I can contribute to onboarding, upskilling, and culture-building initiatives. I bring a thoughtful, learner-focused mindset to every project and value continuous improvement, both in my work and as a practitioner.
